scald me
pinking
embarrassed
heating
beneath
my skin
Tag: fire (Page 1 of 3)
fire trees lit up
intentionally catching
embers on my tongue
A Lokean Devotional Vignette
“Your depravity is gorgeous, Love.
Spend some my way?” Loki says,
as I straighten in my seat,
his fire running up my spine.
Caught beneath the trickster’s gaze.
in the rain
hair soaked
and flattened
against my face
flame and water
steams my heart
my voice flicks
flames lick
caressing his tired ears
flowers
of fire
dance inside
me
crave-hunger
pounds behind ribs
lights my eyes
aglow, fixed
sun’s heat
my body
drinks you in
gold
flower hidden
crinkle tingles
prickle skin
shadow peak
sparking flint
romantic kiss
flutter
blink
woman burning
fire speak
through my heart
I drink
his mercy
