warm to touch
soft full skin
opened to tears
breath
warm to touch
soft full skin
opened to tears
breath
I fell down
like ground could remain soft
and the soil wouldn’t keep
me long
wrapped in
cobalt
blue butterflies
young with wisdom
creature, feminine
dressed in soul
purple up, lovely
spiraling into petals.
flesh green needs
wear evening wash
for me.
I feel afraid when I receive gifts
but my everyday is a gift.
unbearable
how sweet inhaling and exhaling is
how light plays on my skin.
pine and peppermint
scenting the air.
I have no choice
but to open
lay out
adorned
glowing.
earth between toes
fruit juice on my fingers
Fronds unfurl
toes relax
from curled
new green
heat blurs my edges
Paper thick
shedding my skin
feathery leather
porous enough
to let the light through.
Delighted-heart
lifted
from cobwebs
and settled dust,
creaked open
new magic rose
The clover patch at night
bends beneath stars.
Shadows, dark and sweet,
shaped heart-wild,
fairies biting and pinching,
dancing their trio of leaves,
tiny foot-paws soft against soft.
Eyes that flint
with an edge of insanity.
Worshipping the small, delicate
the secret nectar
of the magic hour.
